Macxol Thermic Fluid
These oils are petroleum based fluids designed to provide a high level of dependable performance in a wide variety of application.
Heat Transfer oils are formulated with thermally stable base oils. These oils contains an effective high temperature deposit inhibitor system to minimize the build up of efficiency robbing deposits over time, particularly in the hot spots of the system. It is specially developed mineral oil which is used for use in heat transfer industrial application.
These oils have excellent thermal & oxidation stability, low volatility & oxidation stability, low volatility & low vapour pressure which help to give long & trouble free service life in heat transfer system. The viscosity index of the oil is very high.Macxol have high specific heat and thermal conductivity at all temperatures and therefore, will give rapid heating and flexibility in a system. The application limits of heat transformer oil depend first on circulating speed and second on temperature in closed circuit system.
Recommendation:-
This oil is well designed for heat transfer system upto 300 oC
