Anti Static Oil
Anti Static Oil is used for texturising synthetic yarn such as viscose, acetate rayons, nylons and polyesters. These oil of different viscosities ranges from 70 to 160 SUS at 40 oC will be made available as per customer’s requirements. The low frictional properties of the oil reduce break level, while the novel surfactant systems permit higher oil pick-up even at lower roll speeds compared to conventional oils.
Advantages :-
- It has antistatic activity and excellent pick-up quality as high as 3 to 5% on wt. of yarn.
- It gives considerable reduction in chemical SPLASHING in high speed machines, thus reduces chemical wastage and chemical cost.
- It is highly effective in improving antistatic properties with concomitant reducing friction.
- It has very good colour stability. When cones of yarn are stored for a long period of time the original colour maintained.
- Easy wash ability after texturising & therefore avoid dyeing variations.
